Ghost Athletica · Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover your use of ghostathletica.com and the services you book or buy from Ghost. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them. If you're booking for an athlete under 18, you agree to them for that athlete too.
Who we are
Ghost Athletica LLC provides hockey training, coaching, nutrition, mental performance and vision coaching and online programs. Ghost Rehab & Performance provides physical therapy. Both are at 566 100th St SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. Contact: info@ghostathletica.com, 616-879-8788.
Booking and paying
In-person sessions, packs and memberships are booked and paid through Arketa (our booking app and website). Online programs are bought through Fitr. Physical therapy is booked through Ghost Rehab & Performance. Each platform also has its own terms, which apply when you use it.
Prices are shown on the site and at checkout, in US dollars. We can change prices for future purchases. If a membership price goes up, we'll email you before the new price applies to your next renewal. If a price on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Cancellations, refunds and memberships are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
Memberships and free trials
Memberships and monthly programs renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. If a free trial or promo code asks for a payment method, it becomes a paid membership at the regular price when it ends, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for how.
Athletes under 18
A parent or legal guardian must book, pay and sign the required forms for any athlete under 18, and is responsible for that athlete following these terms and our gym rules.
Health and safety
Training, skating and on-ice sessions are physical activities with a real risk of injury. Before you or your athlete starts, check with a doctor if you have any injury, illness or condition, and tell your coach about it. Stop and tell a coach right away if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.
You agree to follow coaches' instructions and gym rules, use equipment only as shown and wear the right gear (full goalie gear and sharp skates for on-ice sessions).
Before training you may be asked to sign a waiver, consent and intake forms. Those forms are separate from these terms and also apply.
What our services are and aren't
- Training and coaching (strength and conditioning, goalie, skating, vision) is athletic training, not medical care.
- Mental performance coaching is skills coaching for sport. It is not counseling, therapy or mental health treatment. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
- Nutrition coaching is led by our Registered Dietitian and is focused on performance. Talk to your doctor about any medical condition.
- Physical therapy is provided only by licensed physical therapists at Ghost Rehab & Performance, under that practice's own consent and policies.
- Blog posts, videos, quizzes and online programs are general education. They are not medical advice for your situation.
Results
Every athlete is different. Results depend on age, effort, consistency, health, sleep, nutrition and many other factors, so we can't promise any particular result. Testimonials on this site are real experiences from real athletes and parents. They are not a guarantee that you'll get the same results.
Online programs and content
When you buy an online program, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own training: for as long as your membership lasts, or for one-time programs, for as long as we offer that program on Fitr. Please don't share logins, copy, resell or post our programs, videos or materials.
Everything on this site, including text, photos, videos, logos, the Ghost name and our programs, belongs to Ghost or the people who licensed it to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, uploading harmful code or pretending to be someone else. Links to other websites and apps are there for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or terms.
Photos and video
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for coaching feedback. We only use an athlete's photo or video in our marketing with permission, and for athletes under 18 we need a parent's permission. You can take that permission back anytime by emailing us.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes have mistakes or downtime. To the extent Michigan law allows, Ghost is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for a claim about a purchase (for example a billing or service problem) is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits don't apply to personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Michigan law. If there's a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If we can't, any legal case will be handled in the state or federal courts for Kent County, Michigan, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings and purchases made after it's posted. Last updated September 30, 2026.
