Refund and Cancellation Policy

In-person sessions

• Cancel at least 12 hours before your session in the Ghost Athletica app (or by emailing us) and the session goes back on your account.
• Cancelling within 12 hours, or not showing up, uses the session. It isn't returned or refunded.
• This applies to strength and conditioning, goalie coaching, private training, nutrition, mental performance, vision and mobility sessions.
• If we cancel a session, the session goes back on your account, or we refund it if you'd rather.

Drop-ins and session packs

Drop-ins and session packs are not refundable. Unused sessions don't expire, so they stay on your account until you use them.

Monthly memberships

This covers In-Season Unlimited Hockey Training, the Recovery Room Membership and The Goalie App ($45 a month, billed as Ghost Goaltending Labs).

• Memberships renew automatically each billing period at the price shown until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in the app you signed up through, or by emailing us. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• The Goalie App comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.

Online programs on Fitr

• Complete Performance and the Hockey Mobility Solution start with a 7-day free trial, then renew at $98 a month until you cancel. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you won't be charged. Both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the month you paid for, with no partial refunds.
• One-time programs (for example Hockey Speed, Hockey Strength, Hockey Size, Hockey Power, Vo2 Max Builder, LT2P and the Aerobic Capacity Project) unlock right away, so all sales are final and they are not refundable.
• Subscriptions bought through Fitr are cancelled in your Fitr account settings, or email us and we'll help.

Programs with their own agreement

Some programs have their own written terms, such as Private Mentorship, The Elite Goalie Method, team and club training agreements, camps and clinics. For those, the terms on that program's page or in your signed agreement apply.

Physical therapy

Physical therapy visits with Ghost Rehab & Performance follow the cancellation terms you receive when you book with the practice.

Injuries and special situations

If an injury, illness or move stops you from training, email us. We can pause a membership or look at your situation even when the rules above say no refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
