Who we are

This website is run by Ghost Athletica LLC (hockey training, coaching, nutrition, mental performance and vision coaching) and Ghost Rehab & Performance (physical therapy), both at 566 100th St SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. When this policy says "Ghost", "we" or "us", it means both.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site we collect what the form asks for, usually your name, email, phone number and message. When you book, buy or sign up through our booking and program partners (below), they collect your account details, payment details and any intake or waiver forms for that service.

Quiz answers. The Find Your Program and Nutrition quizzes run in your browser. They don't ask for your name or email, and your answers are only used to show you a result.

Stance Check. The Stance Check asks for your name, email and playing level before the questions, so we can send you your results and follow up about goalie training. Your answers are saved with your name.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the tools it uses record basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited, the site that sent you here and an approximate location based on your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for the details.

Health information. Some services ask for health or injury details (for example physical therapy, nutrition and mental performance intake forms). We collect this only to provide the service you asked for, and only through our booking and patient systems, not through general website forms. Please don't send health details through the website contact forms or chat.

How we use it

• To reply to you and answer your questions.
• To book, run and follow up on your sessions and programs.
• To take payments and handle refunds (card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us).
• To send booking confirmations and reminders, and service updates.
• To send news and offers by email, only if you signed up or bought from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and insurance duties.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run parts of our business for us, and only what they need:

• Arketa runs this website, our booking calendar, class and appointment scheduling, payments for in-person services, forms, email and the chat widget. Arketa's booking pages load their own tools, including Stripe for payments and Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager for analytics. Arketa privacy policy.
• Fitr delivers our online training programs and takes payment for them. Fitr privacy policy.
• Circle hosts the Ghost Goaltending community. Circle privacy policy.
• SPRY is the patient system Ghost Rehab & Performance uses for physical therapy booking and records.
• Stripe processes card payments. Stripe privacy policy.
• Google provides fonts, maps, spam protection (reCAPTCHA) on our forms and YouTube videos. Google privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case your information may move to the new owner. We'll post any change to this policy on this page.

Physical therapy records

If you're a physical therapy patient of Ghost Rehab & Performance, your patient records are handled under the practice's patient privacy notice. That notice, not this website policy, controls your treatment records. Ask us for a copy anytime.

Young athletes

Many of our athletes are under 18. Parents or guardians book, pay and sign forms for athletes under 18. Forms, quizzes that ask for contact details (like the Stance Check and free-month offers) and accounts for athletes under 13 must be filled out by a parent or guardian, using the parent's name and email. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, then delete it or make it anonymous. Physical therapy records are kept for the time the law requires.

How we protect it

We use established providers that encrypt data in transit, and card numbers are handled by the payment processor, so we never see or store them. No website or system is completely secure, so please use a strong password for your accounts and tell us right away if you think something is wrong.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your information. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep some records the law requires us to keep.
• Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Stop text messages about bookings or offers by replying STOP.
• Cookies. See the Cookie Policy for how to limit cookies in your browser.
• Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There's no common standard for it, so this site doesn't respond to it.

If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have extra rights. Email us and we'll honor any rights that apply to you.

Changes

We'll update this policy when our practices change and post the new date at the top. Big changes will be highlighted on the site. Last updated September 30, 2026.
