What a clinic looks like

Real coaching. Not just reps.

You get one hour of actual goalie instruction, not a shooting gallery. Multiple coaches means more eyes on you, more corrections, and more shots that mean something.

  • 01 Movement first Skating, edges, pushes, and recoveries. The stuff that makes every save easier, built from the ground up.
  • 02 Save execution Positioning, tracking, rebound control, and post play, broken down and coached in real time.
  • 03 Game situations Live shooters and game-speed reps so what you worked on shows up Tuesday night, not just on Saturday.

Who it's for

Any and all goalies.

If you play adult league, you belong here. No tryouts, no tiers, no minimum level.

  • Beer leaguers who want to stop guessing and start reading the play.
  • Former competitive goalies who want to get the feel back and sharpen what they had.
  • New goalies who got put in net and want to learn it the right way from the start.
  • Any adult league goalie who just wants to feel good in the net again.

Shooters, you're welcome too.

Shooters are encouraged to come out. Goalies get game-speed shots and you get an hour of shooting on live goalies with coaches on the ice.

If needed, shooters can sign in on the day. Just show up ready to skate.
