Why is this more expensive than other gyms?

Because this isn't a gym — it's the only hockey-specific training facility in West Michigan. You're getting an NHL-level S&C coach (Ben Vutci), a DPT who played professional hockey (Jamie Phillips, Winnipeg Jets organization), top-of-the-line equipment including force plates and performance testing tech, and programming built specifically for hockey. Broken down per session, it's approximately $20.30 — less than a single private lesson, with a full elite team behind you.

When does the summer program start?

The summer program runs June 1 through August 31, 2026. There's also a spring session running now through May 31st if you want to get started early. Registration is open now — spots are limited.

Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?

Yes — we offer a monthly payment option on each tier. Monthly pricing is based on the 5-month rate. Select "Pay Monthly" above to see the monthly amounts and use the monthly checkout link. Your payment processor handles the recurring billing.

What's the difference between Starter, Advanced, Elite, and Pro?

All tiers include S&C training (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), Wednesday yoga/mobility, and Ghost Athletics App access. The tiers add on top of each other: Advanced adds video breakdown. Elite adds nutrition coaching. Pro adds mental performance coaching and all available services. Choose based on how comprehensive you want your off-season to be.

What age groups do you train?

We train all levels from U10 through professional. The U10 "Learn to Move" program runs Wednesday evenings and focuses on movement literacy. U12–U18 athletes train in age-appropriate groups. College, junior, and pro athletes train in the high-performance program. All groups train at the same facility, which creates a powerful culture of development.

How many spots are available?

We deliberately keep group sizes small to maintain quality coaching and a high athlete-to-coach ratio. Once spots are filled, registration closes. We recommend registering early to secure your spot — especially for the Pro and Elite tiers which fill fastest.
